1. ORDERS
After receiving your payment it can take up to 30 business days to process your order.
2. SHIPPING
Our products are shipped from The Netherlands and all are handmade.
When your order is ready to ship you will be informed by email. We use post nl to ship your orders. Please note that your package(s) can be handed to the postal service of your country upon entry.
For orders outside the EU: your country may charge import taxes
Please view our shipping page to find out the rates for shipping to your country. And send a email if you can’t find your country.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
The Netherlands: 1-3 business days*
Europe: 2-14 business days*
*Please note that during busy periods it could take a little longer to receive your package.
We are not responsible if your package get lost ,of course we will help looking for it.
4. RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Only ready made sale products can be returned. Custom orders that are made to the buyer’s specific wishes can not be returned or refunded.
6. PRODUCT CARE
You can rinse the products with water and some mild soap. Please note that no collar, leash or harness is indestructible, so check them regularly for wear and replace when necessary.
Note : our buckles are not made out of stainless steel , this means that when the buckles get scratches they could rust in combination with water. Over time when used, Black hardware can become less black over time and gold can discolor with (salt) water.
